Although drone videography and photography has drastically reduced the cost of aerial inspections, they can still be quite expensive for smaller and medium sized businesses. As with all technology, I believe that all businesses should be able to benefit from drones, and as such, I offer very competitive prices for my drone photography and videography services.

The use of drones for aerial inspections and surveys not only reduces costs, but also increases speed, and reduces risks due to there no longer being a requirement for ladders, scaffolding, and teams working at heights. With drone technology you can carry out a full aerial inspection quickly, and without your feet having to leave the ground.

I am registered with the CAA as a flyer and operator, fully insured for recreational and commercial drone flight with Coverdrone, and have public liability insurance up to £1,000,000.

DJI Mavic Mini 2

The DJI Mavic Mini 2 is the latest in the Mavic Mini range by DJI, released in November 2020. The Mavic Mini 2 is a lightweight drone that boasts ultra-clear 4K Ultra HD @ 30 FPS video, and its 12mp camera can capture wide-angle, 180°, and sphere panoramas.

The Mini 2 supports up to 10km of HD video transmission and can resist winds of 29-38kph making filming in the outdoors more stable.

DJI Mavic Air

The DJI Mavic Air is an older drone that was released in January 2018. The Mavic Air is a lightweight drone that boasts ultra-clear 4K Ultra HD @ 30 FPS video, can record 1080p at 120 FPS, and its 12mp camera can capture 32mp sphere panoramas.

The Mavic Air supports up to HD video transmission and can resist winds of 10 m/s making filming in the outdoors more stable.

DJI Tello

The DJI/Ryze Tech Tello is a unique mini drone that was released in March 2018. The Mavic Air is a compact, lightweight drone with 720p HD @ 30 FPS video, and its 5mp camera can capture great simple snapshots.

Despite the lower quality in video and photos, the Tello is great for selfie type photos, and with my professional photography lighting and a little video editing magic, it is possible to create good professional videos for social media. The obvious benefit of the Tello is the ability to navigate in close spaces, making office flythroughs and real estate videos a lot easier.
